Terms and Conditions

To ensure the public nature and safety of our facility, guests are required to follow the rules outlined below.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in a refusal of service.

No Smoking

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in all rooms and common areas.
A fee of 30,000 yen will be charged for cleaning and deodorization if smoking is detected.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00.

Late Check-out

1,000 yen per hour.
*Priority is given to specific check-out times set by each accommodation plan.

Extensions are possible until 12 PM at the latest.
Beyond 12 PM, normal accommodation rates apply.
Please contact the hotel directly for extension fees.

Front Desk Hours

From 15:00 to 22:00.
There may be times when the front desk staff is unavailable, even within these hours.
In emergencies, please contact 08076138255.
If checking out when the staff is not present, simply return your card and exit.

Entrance Locking Hours

The automatic doors of the entrance are locked from 22:00 to 10:00.
Please remember your PIN code when going out.

For Guests Staying Multiple Nights

  • Rooms can be cleaned for guests staying more than 5 nights. Please request at the front desk or use the cleaning sign on your door.
  • This service is also available for stays shorter than 5 nights upon request.
  • Amenity sets (bath towel, face towel, toothbrush) will be provided daily on the doorknob.
  • Please leave used towels and trash in the hallway for collection.

Notice

  • The card with the code provided at check-in must be returned to the front desk.
  • We are not responsible for lost belongings during your stay.
  • Please refrain from behavior or actions that may disturb other guests. Maintain quiet during the night.
  • Cooperate with trash separation according to our guidelines.
  • Keep shared spaces, including shower rooms and toilets, clean. Clean up any messes to avoid discomfort to other guests.

The following items or actions that disturb other guests are not allowed in the hotel

  • Smoking in beds or areas prone to fire, except in designated areas.
  • Confirm the emergency exit route on the back of the room door upon arrival.
  • Avoid loud singing, noise, and disruptive behavior.
  • Do not bring the following into the hallway or room:
    • Pets (except service animals and in pet-friendly rooms).
    • Explosives, volatile oils, or flammable materials.
    • Foul-smelling substances.
    • Illegal firearms, swords, stimulants.
  • Gambling or disorderly conduct.
  • Distributing advertising materials, selling goods, or solicitation.
  • Inappropriate mobile phone use that disturbs others.
  • Do not attach anything to the building or facilities or alter their state.
  • Do not take items out of the room or move them to other areas in the facility.
  • Cover all costs for lost or damaged facilities and equipment.
  • No visitors in the room or use of facilities without permission.
  • Pay your bill before extending your stay.

Policy Regarding Organized Crime

  • Use of the hotel by designated gang members, as per the Anti-Organized Crime Law effective March 1, 1992, is prohibited. Service will be refused upon discovery, even after booking or during use.
  • We refuse service to antisocial groups or their members, including gangs and radical action groups.
  • Immediate refusal of service for violence, threats, extortion, intimidation, or similar actions. This applies to those with a history of such behavior.
  • Guests who are unable to ensure their own safety due to physical or mental exhaustion, drugs, or alcohol, or who may pose a danger or discomfort to other guests, will be refused service.
  • Guests causing disturbance, gambling, or engaging in public disorder will be refused service immediately. This applies to similar behaviors not listed above.
